Our delivery service is for those customers who are vulnerable, elderlyself-isolating, or key workers who cannot get to the store for themselves.

This service is operated in partnership with the Broadmayne Emergency Plan Scheme volunteers, who will kindly collect the orders from our store and make the deliveries to you at home.


If you wish to use this service, please place your order between 9am - 12noon, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12noon will be processed the following day. Orders made on a Friday, will be processed for delivery on the following Monday.

All orders will be processed, subject to stock availability within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Please list your order requirements clearly and be sensible about quantities.

We may not be in a position to fulfil all of your order and we will take the liberty to replace items, where required, with substituted brands, if stocks are low.

Please write your full name, address and telephone contact details at the top of your list. Failure to leave correct information may delay the processing of your order.

Once we have completed your order, we will liaise directly with the Broadmayne Emergency Plan volunteers, to arrange collection of your order and subsequent delivery.

We request that prompt payment is made on receipt of your delivery, either by card payment over the telephone to 07379 650388, or by bank transfer; details will be given with your delivered order.
